We kick off this week's show by looking back at the results of last weekend's UFC Fight Night: Smolka vs. Holohan, a show that still managed to be pretty fun despite losing both it's main event and the co-main event.
Then we get into some recent MMA news including the impending return of Jon "Bones" Jones, a new opponent for Paige Van Zant, legal issues in World Series of Fighting, and Bellator 144 results.
Finally, the last segment of this episode is devoted to The Hammer MMA Radio's "Worst MMA Nickname Tournament". We stage a 16 fighter single elimination tournament to determine which fighter owns the absolute worst nickname, in a business full of awful nicknames.
