The Hammer MMA Radio staff are in Montreal for UFC 158: St. Pierre vs. Diaz, and somewhat unexpectedly wound up watching professional athletes practicing some MMA with the owner of Tristar Gym, and Georges St. Pierre's right-hand man, Firas Zahabi.
So we caught up with former NHL greats Georges Laracque and Denis Gauthier, 3-time Olympic speed-skater Isabelle Charest, and 2-time Olympic speed-skater Marianne St. Gelais to talk about their brief foray into MMA, and what they are looking forward to seeing at the fights this weekend.
