UFC on ESPN: Hall vs. Strickland is this Saturday, July 31st, and it's...not the strongest card on paper. It is headlined by a pretty solid Middleweight contenders fight between Uriah Hall and Sean Strickland though, and we preview the entire card in the first half of this week's show.
In the second half of the show we run down the week in MMA news, the upcoming Bellator: Pitbull vs. McKee, and the results of UFC on ESPN: Sandhagen vs. Dillashaw.
Finally, in our Hammer History segment, we look back 500 episodes to late-September 2011, when we had current Bellator fight Josh Hill on as a guest-host.
