UFC 283 was a rough night for Brazil.
In the first half of this week's episode we discuss the results of that show, including big wins for new UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jamahal Hill, and new unified UFC Flyweight Champion Brandon Moreno. Plus the retirements of legendary fighters Shogun Rua and Glover Teixiera.
In the second half of the show we dig deeper into Francis Ngannou's free agency now that he's told his side of the story, and while we didn't actually watch it, we do gawk at how poorly Dana White's Power Slap seems to be doing so far.
Finally, in our Hammer History segment we look back 500 episodes to mid-February 2013, and Ronda Rousey's UFC debut at UFC 157: Rousey vs. Carmouche.
