Following years of speculation, Jon "Bones" Jones finally moved up a weight class, and has won the vacant UFC Heavyweight Championship at UFC 285. We discuss that fight, Valentina Shevchenko's upset loss to new UFC Women's Flyweight Champion Alexa Grasso, and the rest of the card in the first half of this week's episode.
Then in the second half of the show preview the upcoming Bellator 292: Nurmagomedov vs. Henderson, and UFC Fight Night: Yan vs. Dvalishvili cards, and hopefully wrap up this Dana White's Power Slap thing forever.
Finally, in our Hammer History segment we look back 500 episodes to early April 2013, and the short notice main event debut of Ilir Latifi, Conor McGregor's first UFC fight, and an interview with Tristar head Firas Zahabi.
