Everything's coming up Gamrot, as Mateusz Gamrot picked up the biggest win of his career, beating fellow Lightweight contender Raphael Fiziev following an in-cage injury.
We discuss that result, as well as the rest of the UFC Fight Night: Fiziev vs. Gamrot card, in the first half of this week's show.
Then we move onto the week in MMA including the announcement of some new UFC title fights, and the Bellator 299 results.
Finally, in our Hammer History segment we look back 500 episodes to our interview with Khabib Nurmagomedov in October 2013, and then extend the segment to include our thoughts on a couple of the Expendables movies, since Expend4bles was released this week.
