UFC 251: Usman vs. Masvidal in in the books, and in the first half of this week's episode we discuss the results of that card from Fight Island, including Kamaru Usman and Alexander Volkanovski defending their titles, and the brand new Bantamweight champion Petr Yan.
In the second half of the show we look at some of the week in MMA news, as well as two more upcoming events from Fight Island, July 15th's UFC FIght Night: Kattar vs. Ige, and July 18th's UFC Fight NIght: Figueiredo vs. Benavidez.
Finally, as part of Hammer History, we look back 500 episodes, to when we were actually excited for the Frank Mir vs. Mirko Cro Cop fight.
