Out of nowhere, the upcoming UFC Fight Night: Covington vs. Woodley is looking like one of the best overall fight cards of the year, and certainly for a free television event. In the first half of this week's show we preview the entire card, headlined by a long-awaited grudge match between Colby Covington and Tyron Woodley.
Then in the second half of the show we discuss the week in MMA news, and the results of UFC Fight NIght: Waterson vs. Hill, and a pair of Bellator events.
Finally, we have another installment of Hammer HIstory, where we look back 500 episodes to our thoughts on Machida vs. Rampage, George Sotiropoulous, and why the hell so many fights are going to decision in 2010.
