Then in the second half of the show we run down the week in MMA news, including TJ Dillashaw's retirement, BTC 18 and Bellator 289 results, and preview the last UFC event of 2022, UFC Fight Night: Cannonier vs. Strickland.
Finally, in our Hammer History segment we look back 500 episodes to mid-January 2013, and our thoughts on Michael Bisping, and Josh Barnett at the time.
