In the first half of this week's episode we take a look at this weekend's UFC Fight Night: Krylov vs. Spann, a show headlined by Light Heavyweight action fighters Nikita Krylov and Ryan Spann, and also including the long-awaited return of Tatiana Suarez following years of injury problems.
Then in the second half of the show we run down the week in MMA news, including various controversies coming out of last week's Makhachev vs. Volkanovski fight, the upcoming Bellator 291 card, more Power Slap awfulness, and the results of UFC Fight Night: Andrade vs. Blanchfield.
Finally, in our Hammer History segment we look back 500 episodes to late March 2013, and our post-fight thoughts on UFC 158: St-Pierre vs. Diaz, including an interview with Rick Story, who won at that show.
