This weekend's UFC 288: Sterling vs. Cejudo has shaped up to be a fun little card. It's headlined by UFC Bantamweight Champion Aljamain Sterling defending his title against Henry Cejudo who is coming out of retirement, after having relinquished the same title three years ago. We preview that card in the first half of this week's episode.
Then in the second half of the show we take a look at the week in MMA news including the arrest of Nate Diaz, early rumors of PFL buying Bellator, a wild scene at Bare Knuckle FC, and the results of UFC Fight Night: Song vs. Simon.
Finally, in our Hammer History segment we look back 500 episodes to late-May 2013, and the announcement of Forrest Griffin going into the UFC Hall of Fame, as well as Cat Zingano needing to pull out of The Ultimate Fighter spot coaching against Ronda Rousey.
