Last weekend's UFC on Fox 3 card was as enjoyable as we predicted.  Unfortunately for the UFC, it also did a rating lower than anyone's worst possible estimates.  We break down the night of great fights, as well as try to figure out the future of UFC on network TV.

The UFC returns to network television for the third time this Saturday night, with UFC on FOX 3: Diaz vs. Miller.  On paper it's an all-action show that shouldn't be missed, so check out our fight picks for every match.

The Ultimate Fighter Live and Bellator have been keeping things interesting on Friday nights. On this week's show we're recapping the first Team Cruz vs. Team Faber fight from TUF, as well as the first round of Bellator's middleweight tournament at Bellator 61.

The Ultimate Fighter Live, and Bellator Season 6 both started last Friday night, and brought some serious violence with them.  Between the late stoppages, and the hideous toe injury, it gave us a lot to talk about.

There's also some news including Rampage going a little crazy again, UFC's upcoming all-heavyweight Pay Per View, and The Score Fighting Series coming to Hamilton, Ontario (the home of The Hammer MMA Radio) this Friday night.

It was a great weekend for two of the most under-appreciated divisions in mixed martial arts.  First off, UFC On FX 2: Alves vs. Kampmann featured the first two Flyweight fights in UFC history. The UFC Flyweight Championship tournament had great fights, but also some controversy.

The next night, women's MMA had it's most important event in over two years at Strikeforce: Tate vs. Rousey.  Meisha Tate, Ronda Rousey, Sarah Kaufman, and Alexis Davis stole the show, and are all anyone was talking about the next day.  Except for one male fighter, who proved that there actually is such a thing as bad publicity.
