We start this week's episode discussing the results of UFC 253: Adesanya vs. Costa, a pretty fun night of fights that resulted in another successful UFC Middleweight Championship defense for Israel Adesanya, and an unlikely brand new UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, Jan Blachowicz.
In the second half of the show we preview UFC Fight Night: Holm vs. Aldana, and discuss the week in MMA news, including whatever nonsense Conor McGregor is up to, the retirement of Stevie Ray due to knee injury, and the recent Bellator events in Italy.
Finally, we have another installment of Hammer HIstory, where we look back 500 episodes to our thoughts on GSP vs. Koscheck, the Strikeforce Welterweight division, and Chael Sonnen claiming to have not gone through puberty (!?).
